Team Testimonials
“Kimber helped us see what we could not: that we know far more than we realize, that how we think and what we believe has a big impact, and that we are doing exceptional work!” (J.K.T.)
"Her efforts in our four country offices gave us insight into our staff, teams and programs that far surpassed her mandate.” B.P.
“We did not know that what we thought and what we were taught to believe about one another could impact our work so much. Before, we were doing our jobs, but now we actually work together. We are so grateful for Kim, and for these workshops, tools and activities to help us understand ourselves and each other better, which helps us work and live together better.”
J. M.

Areas of Expertise
Unlike Most
Like many, I am an expert at managing complexity. Unlike most, my mental capacity actually increases with complexity.
Like many, I am trained in human and social development. Unlike most, I am an expert at parachuting into vulnerable environments, connecting easily with marginalized peoples, rapidly analyzing context and designing and delivering services on the spot, that honour and grow people, make teams better, and empower communities. I succeed, due to my unwavering commitment to serving people within their social, cultural and religious beliefs, values and norms.
I have practiced all over the world, in many African and Asian countries, and with many hundreds of people living in vastly different circumstances over 25 years. As such, I have been exposed to an extraordinarily diverse range of people, beliefs, values and social contexts, and have amassed a wealth of perspective through continual reflection, learning and adaptation. This affords me a deep understanding of the nuances and implied dynamics in human behaviour.
The value of this - to you, your team, organization or community - is immense, because the nuances and underlying dynamics impact everything. Unspoken, they have the power to disrupt. Spoken aloud in intentional space, they foster growth.
“If you want to awaken all of humanity, then awaken yourself…
Truly, the greatest gift you have to give is that of your own self-transformation.”
— Lao Tzu
